Fees for Seasonal and Full-Time Food Establishments

Class A – $150:

All retail Food Stores, Food Establishments, Caterers, and Mobile Units


Class B – $100:

All Bars/Taverns (Profit or Non-Profit) and Snack Services


Class C – $75:

All Seasonal Food Establishments (operating 3 months or less)

Note: Any establishment with a valid liquor license and/or operating a bar must pay a permit fee. In the past, a few establishments have been exempted from the fee due to an exception made in the ordinance. The revised ordinance will still exempt schools, institutions, and non-profit organizations unless there is a bar being operated.
