Communicable Disease

About Us

We work closely with other health care professionals such as area hospitals, doctors, and schools to identify problems. This includes receiving daily information about communicable disease cases in Perry County. Our office then investigates the relevant information in each case and reports this to Illinois Department of Public Health and to the Center for Disease Control.

Educational materials on any communicable disease are available to county residents.
