Birth Control
About the program
The Perry County Health Department will pay for the cost of a yearly exam and
pap test with a contracted doctor (list available) for women in the family planning
program. An initial thirty minute interview is required to determine eligibility.
Residents who are receiving state aid for medical care are not eligible.
Cost
Birth control pills cost $15.00 monthly. Depo-Provera injections are also available
at the cost of $65.00 every three months. Condoms are available free at the
office.

Pregnancy testing is available as needed to county residents only.
Cost
Pregnancy tests cost $5.00 each.
