Flu shots are $30.00, Pneumonia shots are $55.00.

We accept cash, checks and Medicare Part B. Please bring your Medicare Card.



PCHD can provide vaccine for infants and children as soon as it is available. This is done by appointment only. Please call 357-5371 ext. 108 for details.







PCHD now has the newly licensed vaccine, Adacel, a combined tetanus, diptheria, and pertussis vaccine. This is the first vaccine for adolescents and adults (ages 11-64) that protects against all three diseases.

Immunizations are given by appointment only :


In Pinckneyville:

Tuesday and Wednesday, from 8:30-11:30 and 1:30-3:30.


In DuQuoin:

Second Monday of the month

Costs and Fees


PCHD offers immunization services for Perry County residents at a nominal fee. No one will be denied immunization services for inability to pay. (VFC vaccine only)
