Flu shots are $35.00, Pneumonia shots are $55.00.

We accept cash, checks and Medicare Part B. Please bring your Medicare Card and your Medicare D Prescription Card.



PCHD can provide flu shots for infants and children. This is done by appointment only. Please call 357-5371 ext. 108 for details.





PCHD now has the newly licensed vaccine, Adacel, a combined tetanus, diptheria, and pertussis vaccine. This is the first vaccine for adolescents and adults (ages 11-64) that protects against all three diseases.

Immunizations are given by appointment only :


In Pinckneyville:

Tuesday and Wednesday, from 8:30-11:30 and 1:30-3:30.


In DuQuoin:

Second and Fourth Monday of the month

Costs and Fees


PCHD offers immunization services for Perry County residents at a nominal fee. No one will be denied immunization services for inability to pay. (VFC vaccine only)
