Obtain a Birth Certificate

To obtain a birth certificate for yourself you must show a valid picture ID. A birth certificate can be obtain by mail by sending a picture ID.

If obtaining your child's birth certificate you must show proof that you are the child's parent or legal guardian. A certificate received from a county hospital can be used or a copy of your drivers license with parent name as it appears on birth certificate on file.

Fees

Birth certificates are $10.00 for the first copy and $2.00 for each one thereafter.
